NEWROAD 30 Gut Health Supplement Review

This organic, plant-based powder promises to support your overall gut balance. But here's the verdict on whether NEWROAD 30 is worth adding to your wellness routine…

I’ll be honest, I approach most wellness trends with some skepticism and have little patience for quackery. That said, when something is genuinely easy, accessible, and doesn’t ask me to seek transcendence or exfoliate my soul… I am sat.

My latest discovery: NEWROAD 30, an organic gut health supplement developed with scientists at Oxford University.

The concept is simple — mix one sachet into water for a quick, convenient boost of vitamins. I think this is especially great for people with disabilities like myself, because it can honestly elevate your life, yet involves minimal effort.

You can add a sachet to hot or cold water. Or stir it into yoghurt or smoothies for a little boost of everyday goodness.

So what actually is it?

A freeze-dried powder of 30 (!!) organic fruits and veg packed into one tiny sachet — from peaches, peas and parsnips, to the lesser known jerusalem artichoke. Crikey, that must really taste foul? (I hear you ask) And no, trust me, if it was revolting I would not be recommending it.

In cold water, I’d say it tastes like a very dilute berry smoothie. In boiling water, more like a sour cherry herbal tea.

The benefits:

  • Nourishes the gut microbiome (a diverse gut microbiome improves digestion, boosts immunity, enhances nutrient absorption, supports mental health and reduces inflammation)

  • All natural, pure food with zero additives

  • High in fibre

  • Contains polyphenols

  • Source of protein
